30 minute full body high energy class where you will burn calories and grow your endurance while focusing on your body strength. No Equipment needed, just a mat and water.
30-45 minute to tighten and tone your upper body. Light weights (3-10lbs) or resistance bands.
30-45 minute workout that is all about the booty and legs. Heavier weights (8-20lbs) or resistance bands.
30 minute similar to Sweat Fest but this class includes light weights (1-3lbs) or bala bangles- ankle/wrist weights. Get ready for some sweaty fun!
